  Staff were friendly and efficient. Emjoyed the harpist at breakfast and pianist in the bar. Information was good. location excellent. The complimentary public transport ticket was great too. even the weather was great. - every thing very nice

  Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me. Highly recommend. - Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect.   Very comfortable hotel, well located quite and very nicely decorated room with nice bathroom and all the comfort. Everything was there.Mineral water provided as well. - The staff was very helpful and cool.

  The hotel is modern and beautiful. The room has a mini-kitchen and allthe necessities. It's also very close to the old town and public transityet very quiet.
