  I feel very glad that I choosed this hotel. The reception lady is so nice. When she knew we would get up very early and leave for the mountain in the morning, she prepared wonderful breakfast for us to take away in advance. We even didn't ask her...   Nice hotel on top of a pub. Good friendly staff. Breakfast is good and is served in the pub. Decent sized room with tea/coffee making facilities. Walking distance to both Interlaken Ost and West stations. This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. Interlaken was a really cool town, it's easy to get to other towns in the Jungfrau region, and it's chock full of adventure sports and activities. The hotel was also steps - It is a lovely 130 year-old hotel. The lobby is tastefully furnished and clean. You can see the river and the mountains from the room balcony. The train and bus stations are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. It is close to the Old Town and shopping area. Halal food is sold nearby.
