  Friendly helpful and efficient staff. Arrived early but they arranged early check in. It is an airport hotel but the staff all worked hard to make sure that the stay was made as pleasant as possible. Good regular bus service to the airport.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was small yet very clean and accordingly to our requirements. We spent little time in the room so it was perfect for us. The location was very good. You can get Bus 10 outside the hotel to every location including airport, train station and city center.   I was a bit worried before coming here after reading some negative reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable, clean and exceptionally well run hostel that was centrally located and easy to find. I couldn't really have asked for more. Even got a free transport card for duration of stay. The food for breakfast was good, and for dinner they gave you plenty to fill your belly. The showers were clean and neverd smelled funny or anything. The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.
