  Wonderful hotel, nice staff who speaks fluent english, good location and even better with the mobility tickets given from hotel, comfortable room - Large room, very clean, nice view, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to the airport. I called for the shuttle which took us directly to the hotel in less than 5 min. There is a bu... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s stop just 1min away from the hotel which takes you directly to the city center. I just had an excellen^t experience. I did not have time to visit the casino though. - Staff was extremely courteous and helpful (despite the fact that I arrived in the middle of the night) and the service is excellent (you even get a free Basle travel pass). Access to the nice, quiet and spacious business centre proved ideal for my needs. The hotel is not on the cheap side, but as it is 1st class throughout, value is outstanding.

Although this was a stop over due to travelling into Germany, it was a great - Stayed at 3 Chambres for a night whilst in Basel in May. Isabella the owner was very hospitable and helpful and you could see her thoughtful, personal touch everywhere around the house. Nice, friendly and very helpful. Without us even asking she provided insight and advice of what we could do in Basel. I loved the charming design of the house, the spacious rooms, and the natural lighting from all the windows.
