Breakfast somewhat limited ie scrambled eggs main choice, but plenty of fresh fruit etc. Busy road between lake and hotel but double glazing very effective and quieter at night. Everything!! The friendly staff, the atmosphere, the facilities (not that I could use the pool due to the weather!), the breakfasts......as I was travelling as a single middle-aged woman, I felt very comfortable there. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Especial details such as candies in the lobby, apples and even the fact that they changed the rugs in the elevator with the day of the week printed. The girls in the reception were extremely helpful especially the one who helped me find the nearest phone shop
