I liket so mutsh , hope the manger of the lobey contact me - Hotel Room was above expectations, comfortable bed - nicely designed so that it feels special. Rain shower was a bonus. The breakfast was large and had late hours. You could eat outside on the lovely patio in a variety of comfortable seating. The rooftop terrace was really beautiful and we enjoyed an afternoon on the loungers in the sun. Free ferry provided easy and frequent city access.

  The staff was extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable. They were very responsive to our needs and special requests and didn't charge any extra. I asked for and received four pillows. - Nicely decorated large room with refrigerator and great and helpful staff. though we arrived late, they were waiting for us.

  Despite being declared as a "youth hostel", this is definitely more like a small simple hotel with private room and own bathroom. Very friendly and cozy with care taken to details. The hotel had bikes, which were excellent to get around the town (I was actually at a conference in a larger hotel 3km away, so the bike was good for getting to and from the conference). Lovely red brick building set in beautiful surroundings, immaculate room with cutting edge interior design and great attention to detail, excellent level of service and unbeatable lakeside location.
