If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Downtown Apartments in advance. Please note that arrivals outside reception hours are subject to a EUR 35 surcharge, payable in cash. Please note that there is a refundable deposit of EUR 250 per apartment, which will be charged on the card on the day of arrival. This deposit will be returned on departure, once the state of the apartment has been checked. A cleaning service is available on request, at an extra cost.
