Apartamentos City Beach -huoneistot sijaitsevat eri paikoissa Valenciassa 100-150 metrin päässä rantakadusta ja vain muutaman metrin päässä Malvarrosan rannasta ja Valencian satamasta.

Valencian taide- ja tiedekeskus on 2 km:n päässä, ja Valencian satamaan kävelee 15 minuutissa. Voit kävellä Valencian ammattikorkeakoululle 10 minuutissa.

We liked the friendly welcome from Nacho who is incredibly helpful and
kind. We loved the supreme comfortable beds and pillows and how well
equipped the apartment is. The decor was perfect for our taste in fact
our favourite colours. Nacho's recommendations for eating out were
fantastic and a meal for 2 including drinks and first class service
amounted to 14 euros. The level of security is first class and the local
shop 2 mins walk is an added welcome bonus as is the restaurant Barbera.

Comfortable and completely equipped appartment with all necessary facilities, incl. washing machine (washing powder available) which we used after nearly 2 weeks travelling around Spain, ironing equipment etc. Very appreciated welcome by Nacho, explaining us all important topics about town as well as appartment and surroundings. Giving us city map and basic info leaflets. Covered parking. Close to beach - excellent not only for beach activities but also nice evening walks. Shops in walking reac.
Location for beach was ideal. 2 mins walk away from the beach, and beach side restaurants.
Good transport system into the city centre, the no. 19 bus takes you all the way for €1.50 otherwise taxis are easy to flag down.
Apartment was very clean with all modern facilities you could want for self-catering.
Nacho and Carlos were very helpful with giving advice on local ameneties and things to do.
The location was close to the beach, close to the metro, and close to where our daughter lives. Nacho, the apartment manager spoke very good English and was really nice and helpful! The price was good and everything was clean and modern.

Little bit distant from city center - 30 mins by bus, but you can not have close beach and city center at once :o)).
There was one night the neighbors seemed to be in a fight and yelled at each other late into the night. A different neighbor had dogs that barked during the day, but we never heard them at night.

Car park door stuck once.
- The kitchen and hallway sometimes had a funny smell.
We didn't like that there was No Satellite TV, the shower we didn't like, would have preferred a rise and fall for the shower head.
Not so many people in Valencia speak on English.
