Apartamento Valencia Center sijaitsee Valencian vanhassakaupungissa vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä katedraalista ja tarjoaa huoneistoja, joihin kuuluu parveke. Huoneistot sijaitsevat Músico Peydrón kävelykadulla lähellä kahviloita, baareja ja ravintoloita.

Perfect location, city centre, but in a quiet street. Spotlessly
clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the
necessary amenities, dishes, cutlery,high speed wifi... Owners are
extremely, extremely, helpful, kind, generous and polite. We can't
thank them enough for their kindness, flexibility and all the great
advice. Our luggage was delayed because of the short time between two
flights, so we checked in at 1 am! It was not a problem for them,

We spent 1 week in Valencia in this apartment. It really felt like home. Everything was perfect. Even there were umbrellas in case of rainy weather. Btw, we had 5 rainy days. The owner and his help are very kind people, always ready to help. The Central Market is 2 minutes walk. Almost all the sightseeings can be reached within 15-20 minutes walk. The beach can be reached in 20-25 minutes by bus. It goes from the next street to the apartment every 10 minutes or even less. It was absolutely ama.
Great welcome & explanation, very-very nice hosts, great location - just 3minutes walk from the central market, 5minutes to the cathedral, 10minutes walk to the subway line directly to the airport, everything what one may need in the apartment (even the umbrellas!). We already recommended this place to some of our friends! :-).
Excellently appointed apartment (everything anyone could need inc washing machine/ iron), excellent location, excellent owner who was very keen to help out and tell us about his city. Please keep the apartment as you find it, its a gem! The city has it all - beach, historic centre, lovely food market, central park.
It was in a fabulous location, just a couple blocks from the market and close to many sights. We were met at the apartment the evening we checked in and were given an orientation to everything in the apartment and things to see around the city. The apartment is beautiful and has many amenities.
Excellent location in the center of Valencia. Very good parking is
provided nearby, but you'll still have to walk around the building
to get there. Wi-Fi speed is perfect. One window faces a quiet
pedestrian street, another window (in the bedroom) faces a construction,
but it seemed suspended.

Check in and check out was very efficient and we were provided with loads of good information. The apartment was well equipped, the best we have had in this type of accomodation. It is well located and convenient.

The owners may want a deposit – this is neither convenient nor something
I expected from an apartment at letsbookhotel.com (I might expect it from an
apartment at airbnb though) and moreover I cannot recall the deposit was
in the terms. There is a number of rules not listed at Booking – E.G.
you must wash all the dishes after you (there is no dishwasher machine
in the apartment!) and throw your garbage. I would prefer to know them
beforehand.

We were given the incorrect address. Arrived by train at 10:15pm and took taxi to an address that did not exist. Very bad!.
