Really nice staff, always happy and willing to help. Location can't be better if beach is where you want to go, only 100m or so (and S'Arenal beach was in suberb condition, really suitable for kids also). Also harbour for fishing trips was only 500m away. Dinner buffet cost only 4.5€ and the food was good so plus points for that also. -

Good breakfast and dinner. Perfect service both by housekeeping and in restaurant. Bus to Palma 100m from hotel and only costs 1.25eur. Hotel doesn`t have a parking but parking nearby is not a problem. Very good value for money. I would definately return. -
