  The staff was extremely friendly. They did not have a cot for our 8 month old baby and went out and bought one for us! The location is great too, one minute walk to the sandy beach, on the balcony you can see the water.   The hotel is situated in a fantastic location a very short walk to Llafranc beach. There were beautiful views of the bay from the hotel terrace where we had breakfast each morning and dinner at the Michelin star restaurant one evening for a special occasion. The staff team are incredibly warm, friendly and helpful.
