  El Duque is situated perfectly. I was in Seville for four days and three nights and didn´t use a taxi or bus at any time, it was possible to walk everywhere, even from the railway station to the hostal. We covered all of the old town and surround.   Crazily I booked the gorgeous rooftop apartment in the middle of July. After a couple of hours in the apartment we had to request a move - just too hot for us after arriving from the Melbourne winter. The staff were so understanding and accommodating. We were moved to an apartment on a lower floor and could not have been happier. The apartment was... mitä ihmiset sanovat » just as beautiful, comfortable, and thankfully cooler. The plaza the apartment is situated in is very nice, quiet and conveniently close to the Alca - The apartments are extremely good and real value for money. Maria who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very customer friendly too. We were pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso machine in the apartment too. The location is superb in the Santa Cruz area, literally just behind the cathedral. You can walk everything and you have the best tapas restaurants around the corner. These apartments are really to be recommended and so is Sevilla in general.

  The roof top area with swimming pool, loungers and garden is lovely and a big plus. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were reasonably spacious, with towels changed daily. The sitting area downstairs was large with lots of smaller areas with sofas and easy chairs.
