Especially liked the location. The staff spoke English very well, and they were nice and helpful. They also let us check in at noon, which we appreciated.Location was very central. In the heart of Seville. Easy walk to both cathedral and river areas (with use of street map). Near to tram which takes you close to the beautiful Maria Louisa Park. Seville is a wonderful city and this modern style hotel is ideal for exploring it. Bedroom and bathroom (wonderful shower) both clean and fresh. Reception and bar staff friendly and helpful. I felt that the glass doors into the bathroom did not allow for any privacy.The hotel is tucked away in a very small road, so its very difficult to find it if one was driving. We drove arround for over 2 hours trying to find it. Finally returned the car and took a taxi.I suggest you introduce a pick up service from the airport, train station etc to the hotel and back.Only one thing. The morning after booking in, I left a "Do Not Disturb"notice on outside of door. Reception rang me to confirm that I did notwant my room serviced. This disturbed my sleep.It was just right. the only thing is that the resturant is closed in the evening and we should go out to buy food and sometimes all the shops are closed.Maybe too modern for some. Even with satnav, if you're driving you'll have difficulty finding this hotel in the warren of narrow streets that surround it. Tip - hire the smallest car you can find or better still take a taxi! (Devon, UK. Feb 2008). Difficult access by car. did not have a proper bar. WiFi was not free. make sure you get proper directions to get to this hotel - especially if you plan to drive - it is a challenge!. The price of breakfast (15 euros) was off-putting; enjoyed an excellent cafe breakfast just round the corner for a third of the price.Difficult to find, difficult to park the car. Shower might have been easier to use...glass washbasins in rooms look beautiful, but dangerously sharp corners.... breakfast price prohibitive for us. Perhaps you should consider offering different breakfast 'packages' at different prices? Glass doors to bathrooms provide little privacy soundwise. Not a problem for us but I could well imagine that many less familiar couples would find this embarrassing...the breakfast is very poor and does not correspond to a four star hotel; service is average as we would have expected more information available regarding La Semana Santa (maps and timetable of the processions were not available at the reception). As a four star hotel I would have expected a better breakfast location and resturant. glass door to bathroom, the room door could not be locked from inside and was easily opened by child. No tea/coffee facilities in room.Hotel bar only open for 4 hours per day making it difficult to have a central meeting point for groups.It is slowly deteriorating. Several fixtures don't work or look shabby (fancy reading lights, can`t open window, reception sofas' stuffing coming out, etc.). Not much atmosphere.It was a nightmare to find by car because of the one way system in the center of the city.some of the lights and fan did not work the second night, but did the 1st.Perhaps the bar could have stayed open a little later, but other than this there are no complaints.Cost of beakfast was ridiculous. Local cafes within easy reach charged less than one-third of the price.for a 4 star it lacked some basic essentials eg tissues, hanging space and the bed was average. it was aimed at the business traveller. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. Bed a bit too hard. Furniture in bathroom set far too high for shorter people and fixed shower screen a pain.
