The location, room itself, bathroom and services were excellent, itwas the only hotel I've ever seen that had a laptop inside the roomconnected to the internet 7/24 and for free. A bit small but veryclean rooms, comfy bed, not a noisy area, breakfast not included inprice but it is ok. Two room cards. Free internet - wifi and a notebook on the room. Nice TV. Modern, stilish decoration. Reading linght on bed. Massage shower. Good location. Free minibar with water and soft drinks. very impressive modern hi-tech facilities in room (laptop, fridge, high end shower, lcd tv), rooms facing the inner courtyard are very quiet while in the middle of a noisy city, beds are comfortable, highly recommended. fantastic hotel, very close (10min walk) to the cathedral, friendly helpful staff. i loved the flat screen tv and the free computer and internet usage in the room.Comfortable rooms. No bar,. the first room where they put us which is double decker single bed...the room was really really small...no airco but some kind of a blower. The room was small, there was no room to properly open the bathroom door. we did not manage to get an acceptable temperature during the night. Also the news on the TV was only in Spanish, even the CNN chanel. I would have prefered an international news channel. Fortunately the weather is so beautifuly there, that we only used the room for the night. The price of the breakfast, some rooms are very small. the rooms were tiny, as in the smallest I´ve ever stayed in. It consisted of a bed and maybe a foot and a half of space between the bed and the wall. Maybe three feet from the base of the bed to the wall.The lack of a simple, coin operated, cofee machine.Maybe the room could be a little bit bigger....room was extremely small and needed soundproofing. Two persons in one bed, large but not enough. Room was tiny: no place to open even one suitcase, there wasn't sufficient space to sit comfortably at the computer, and you had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. Poor design throughout hotel: no light over sink in room, some tables in the breakfast buffet area force people to look at the wall, bread baskets so high you can't see what kind of bread is in them (and I am tall).individual stay rooms are too small you bump into everything. e.g. there is not enough space to sit behind the laptop desk..you bump into the bed. The bed is to close to the glass windows of the bathroom..ergo you bump into the glass window. Plus bike rental from hotel not advised:..rent it yourselves in Sevilla! Hotel bike was dirty/small/broken and they want you to sign a paper (theft=200euros!). room size is a bit on the small side, you need to walk a good 10-15 minutes to get to major attraction. Service was average, they didnt add the soap, forgot to add towel, plastic bag in the trash.Some minor improvements:Need to add a hair dayer to the room! The viewing angle of plasma screen on the wall could not be tilted down, so all colours on the screen were distorted making tv difficult to watch properly. The card key for the room turns off eletricity when you leave, so you ca't charge camera batteries while away (a plug which works all the time should should be added with a label.the sliding half of the shower door was missing. resulting in a very wet floor.brought it to their attention to no avail. entering the hotel we were faced with a flight of steps. not easy with heavy bags. had one lift which was slow. It was very small room but tat I can accept. The problem was that it wasonly possible to get out of the bed by creeping out. The bed was placedat the wall and only one side has access to the floor. This isn'tpossible to read from the webpage. The room was too small, the furniture was too modern design, not very comfortable for a person over 50 years.The room was way to small!, there was no space to put my luggage for example. The shower was not good, there was so not enough water.cleaning sometimes poor, little bit noisy. The room was not that clean.size of room. Rooms to small ( unacceptable small ). Telephon in room did not work.
