Location + staff attention. Excellent location for centre and sightseeing. Close enough to the attractions.helpful staff and cleanliness. The room was very clean, with fresh towels and sheets every day. The staff were helpful, especially if you try to speak a little Spanish. The location is good, just a short walk to the old centre. It was quiet and very clean (in spite of being "just" a hostel), good value for the money.It was clean and well run. Reasonably priced water and cooldrinks. Parking.Hostal Jentoft is situated in good location, is easy to reach by car and has its own car park. One slight problem is that hostel staff only speaks Spanish. But this should not discourage English speaking travelers from staying in this hostel because the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional. Although rooms are quite simple. In general, I would stay in this hostel once more.Clean, bright, modern. Nice bathroom. Window onto street - often onlyinternal in Spain city hotels. Good location near river. No tea or coffee making facilities. towels and sheets not very clean. The first man we met at the reception was very rude, fortunately the other 2 ones were very nice and helpful.Food services. The walls were extremely thin, so you could hear everything your neighbourghs did our said. Our window gave out to a "luchtkoker" which gave a bit of a claustrophobian feeling. The rooms weren't really decorated (no curtains, no decoration on the wall: everything white, a TL-lamp), which didn't give a really cosy feeling.streetside rooms noisy. The flourescent lights in the bedrooms were a bit harsh, and made it feel a little like a hospital.The hotel is almost near to the bullring (and the to center) but it's not a good area to have a promenade in the evening. Bad welcoming, we can hear the neighbors very well !!!. The staff only speaks spanish. Strange smell in room, seems like no fresh air in room. Only had a small window which didnt seem to have ever been opened. Bit pricey considering facilities(or lack of). Staff don't speak english, this isnt a problem or a negative, just letting people know.most of the staff were antipatic persons also didnt knew to comunicate in english the aircondition was bad in the hot days in Sevilla all the time the room smell with cooking meat or burning food that u cant stand .the staff limited u with the useing in internet for a two hours in a day and those hour are in the lanch time wich its not so comfrtable .service was under rate, personel was not nice and rude. we wee staying 1 night, but was not possible to use parking next day.The man at reception when we arrived was rude to my girlfriend as she did not speak much Spanish. He said the parking was full and we'd have to park the car elsewhere. However, when I turned up and spoke a bit of Spanish he miracuously found a parking space for us! While we were standing there he turned away two non-Spanish speaking guests by saying the hostel was full - when clearly it wasn't!!. we booked 2 rooms through bookings.com and on our arrival there was only one.......When I went for a shower, there was no hot water available which was disappointing. Furthermore, there was shower gel provided in the shower but the bottle was empty.
