The stuff was really frienly, it was as we came to our close friends or relatives to spend our vacation! They tried to do everything to make our stay pleasant and they really did it!
Plus, good rooms with a lot of space even if it is a single room! Certainly, good food in the morning and perfect dinner in the evening! Everything was delicios!
Also my parents said there was best sangria in the town (and I believe them as they tried it a lot in the town)

mostly with my 80yr old mother.I Am also disabled and use a
wheelchair/crutches and the staff are very helpful towards me by
putting me into a room next to the lift. -
Loved every bit of it, very friendly staff, great location, clean towels every day

Not a lot! We love this resort but found our stay very very disappointing. The hotel is abolutely alive with foreign bodies. We had not fresh linen or cleaning of our rooms during the stay. absolutely great friendly helpful staff. entertainment for the children and activities kept them busy and entertained and involved and made many friends. there was plenty of room in our apartment to sleep 3. we were on the 4th floor and had great views of the area and pool. there is a good variety of food on the pool bar menu and reasonably priced. drinks are priced at hotel prices though. there is a manager onsite every day who will deal with your problems or any questions you may have. recept
