  Beautiful location. Quiet little Basque town by the sea. Hotel well equipped for a relaxing stay. Staff were exceptionaly friendly and helpful. Swmming pool and health facilities superb. ining room excellent with a view over the harbour and the sea. Breakfast was great. Very pleasant surroundings. We had a flat tire while staying at the hotel and the staff was very cooperative about helping us get it changed and taking us to a tire repair shop to get us back on the road. THis was above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to the receptionist and the technician.

I loved the design and art work and the thematic ties with the amazing Guggenhein Museum and Fine Arts Museum, both of which are within such easy walking distance. There's a bakery on the premises and you enjoy the products throughout your visit. You are really in the middle of the great Basque region and culture. Also Mikel is a very nice person and makes you feel always comfortable. To be there with them felt just like being home with family. Rooms were also very good. Spacious and with the pre of having a whirlpool in your own bathroom. Great stay. I will be coming back for sure.
