  The staff were particularly helpfull especially when the remote control for my car was disabled due to the adjacent government which had a radar exclusion zone. - The room was spacious, newly decorated, spotlessly clean, and elegant. It was a great location--easy walk to the Bilbao, great tapas bars three blocks away.

  This has to be one of the best hotels in Europe - even in the Café, one could eat different meals for a week and not need to have the same dish again. The staff are friendly and really first-class. - I have stayed here twice, and love this hotel. It's hip, well-run, andgreat value.
