  Everything !!!! Loved it our two days here were a special treat. Fantastic hotel, beautiful room, pool area and gardens. So if you want a quiet luxury break , with top class service this is the place , total chill !! - This is a truly beautiful hotel. A jewel within a rather uninspiring immediate environment. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful (communication a little difficult due to lack of our Spanish and their English skills). Excellant set menu meal in restaurant (35 euro pp). Rooms decorated to a very high standard, attractive outdoor sitting and pool areas.

  Location is ideal - 5 minutes walk from train and metro stations (lines 3 and 5 straight to the airport) - on a pedestrian street, close to shops and cafes. We arrived early in the morning and the receptionist arranged for us to check-in straight away (instead of 4pm), at no extra cost. Room was beautiful, very spacious and spotlessly clean. Loved it! - We were given a room on the 6th floor, which we asked for, room 603, hada balcony, was quite, room was large, both with seperate bath/shower,and a seperate shower, bath robes and slippers. Being it was Decemberand Velencia can be cold, the room was very cosy and warm. Also hadexcellent pillows, bed was also comfortable.

  The staff were all excellent in their helpfulness and attention to requests. Hotel is in a good location for old town sightseeing. Hotel is a converted palace, and though design is very modern, older details have been preserved. Guest rooms are a little dark in the evenings due to few light sources.   Fantastic location, right in the heart of Valencia. The apartment was perfect, fully equipped, clean and of high design. Comfortable beds.
