  Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing.   we LOVED everything. The best hotel stay in Spain. and great location for a stay in Valencia even though out of town. Room spacey and comfortable. Great beds. Loved the balcony. Excellent 5 star service. The best best food - between us we tried most things on the menu and we would give each meal 10/10. Also priced well - EUR 18 a main dish. Hotel is a converted palace, and though design is very modern, older details have been preserved. Guest rooms are a little dark in the evenings due to few light sources.
