  Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view. The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked. BTW, the price is also attractive and it counted for our decision to stay at Bellavista Mi - Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

  Very well furnished and comfortable studio but i think it very much depends on where your actual studio is situated in this complex because last year we were in a much better position/outside space/view etc. This one was nowhere near as well located and if we had been given this one last year we wouldn't have re-booked for this year.   This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  I liked that all appartments were so close to the pool and bar area and none were more that 30 seconds away from the central area.   We have enjoyed our stay in Be Live Playa la Arena . Staff was very polite , all our requests were resolved in a very professional manner . The rooms were cleaned every day , pool and surroundings very clean . Food quite good and the waiters work hard trying to serve all those who eat in the restaurant. In one day, really was our guide showing us the way - A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat.
