  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   Very nice location, cosy apartment, we liked the stairs and the volume of the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed, a good coffee filter plus paper filters and a sandwich maker were appreciated. It is right on the Vista Sur beach, in the shopping center with the same name and fun area is nearby. Even if on the booking website it says ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » the parking is not available, there is a parking under the shopping center, and the card will be scanned by the hotel receptionist, having a discount, - I stayed in Vistasur for 1 week, All was ok, big rooms, good cleaning, free wifi in rooms and in all the area around apartaments (also on the beach),very close to the beach Las Vistas (i think the best beach around playa de las america), 10-15 minutes walk to "Las Veronicas", 5 minutes walk to "san telmo". Recommended.
