  The staff were really helpful and flexible a nice touch. The location is great and the town is wonderful. It was really nice they let us select our room. I liked that it was a little walk from the main town area and a bit off the path.   Location is prime. I didn't realise at the time, but most of Magaluf is filth. This hotel however is situated at the bottom of the strip, nicely away from that. The pool and surrounding area is blissful. You can easily laze there all day and people watch.The poolside food options are reasonable. Nikki beach gives off good vibe.
