One of the best views I've ever seen at a hotel. It's just 3 minutes walking distance to the pubs, clubs and beach. Good swimming pool, many places to sunbathe, many youngsters but also older people so it was never over the top partying that would get people annoyed. Drink prices at the bar were good. -

Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. the location of the hotel is lovely, straight across the road (not a busy road) to the beach and sea. Although the rooms weren't large they were clean and tidy, we would pick the sea view every-time, the staff are all friendly and helpfull, and meals are buffet style with plenty of choice. -

The staff were really helpful and flexible a nice touch. The location is great and the town is wonderful. It was really nice they let us select our room. I liked that it was a little walk from the main town area and a bit off the path. Recommendations from the staff were all good. -

What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .
