  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street.   Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none.   We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments were basic but clean. The numerous pools were lovely and not over crowded. Plenty of beds available by the pool. The staff were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant had lovely food and great offers on drinks and also had entertainment every night. The only negative (I don't want to write it in the negative column as it wasn't anything negative against the complex) was - Appartments were spacious, clean and well maintained. The entire complex was cleaned each morning, pools cleaned daily and treated each evening. Loads of sun loungers, all looked new and again well maintained. Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the restaurant staff and Evan in the pool side bar, very welcoming, friendly and brilliant with kids, ensured everyone was included in activities. All in all, really enjoyed

  I like everything about the hotel facilities however the rooms need to be more clean and disinfected because the room I stayed had little cockroaches and other creepy things moving around which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep perhaps it just that room but, when I was about to check-in I saw some guest at the reception complaining about ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » their room not being cleaned and reception showed a very nonchalant attitude towards it. Although it was a great place to stay. I meet Mr Alan who rea - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at oasis lanz, the pool area was beautiful and well maintained.The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent value, the singer was great too. We are regular holiday travellers, so we have plenty to compare with. We would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

  The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!! Emma in the restaurant was just fantastic and there were plenty of sun beds at the poolside ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ( which was very clean). A great place to holiday - It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

  The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering kitchenette was adequately equipped.
