  Really beautiful and comfortable palace with the surrounding countryside providing the perfect setting. Only 30mins drive to San Sebastián. 45 mins to Bilboa. Everything was just great. Not hard to find as we put the town location into the Gps and there were signs from the town intersection to the hotel. Hotel also provided us with plenty of info ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » on how to arrive. - Beautifully appointed and decorated hotel. Fabulous large bedroom. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Restaurant is outstanding. The chef - a charming guy - likes to meet his guests and talk about his dishes and the way he prepares them. The "black" fillet steak is brilliant!! All highly recommended.

  Everything was excellent .Staff and the front desk where most helpful and professional.I would certainly return to this hotel and recommend it to friends. - The hotel was really lovely, the aptmosphere was relaxed and the staff were very helpful.

  The hotel is beautifully located and feels like a resort. Having anonsite restaurant was helpful during our stay because the weather wasn'tgreat and we were able to enjoy a great dinner without going back intoSan Sebastian for the evening. Staff was accommodating and helpful.Would love to return! - Location, plus superb facilities.
