  From the moment I arrived I was looked after, great personal sevice. Antonio had said as I was travelling on my own he had put me in a bungalow close to the pool so it would be easier for me to interact with other guests. So nice that he had taken the time to think about the reservation before I arrived. The bungalows are well equipped, with everything you could possibly need, modern, c - I stopped staying at gay properties 15 years ago having found they were often overpriced and poorly run, so i was a liitle unsure booking this property initially. However I loved being there so much I more than doubled my stay. The property is secure, comfortable, nicely appointed, quiet, well run and was a pleasure to stay in.   I found the apartments to be just what I wanted and really had the most fantastic and relaxing time there. They were quiet and peaceful with plenty of space around the pool which was clean and tidy. No footballs or lilos in the pool were allowed!! The location was close to the beach/shops/supermarket/restaurants and the nightlife - excellent. I also found the place to be secure and en - Extremely quiet place with perfect location next to Playa del Ingles beach. Staff excellent, apartments spotless - we asked for apartment with nice view and got apartment 12 with kitchen window and side of balcony overlooking the sea! The complex was full during our stay yet the pool area was completely empty for us to use. Apartment very well equipped for the price and fresh bread rolls were provided every morning!

  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.
