  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   Huoneemme sijainti oli hyvä. Merinäkymä ja aurinko paistoi melkein koko päivän. Aamiainen oli runsas ja palvelu hyvä, koska saimme lähtöpäivänäkin aamiaisen aikaisemmin, ja taksi tilattiin valmiiksi lentokentälle menoa varten.   I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out at 3.... mitä ihmiset sanovat » 30 in the night because of our flight and they prepeared us two take away picknick baskets for the breakfast, nice service. The location is very nice: - Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.

  Apart from the hotel which we LOVED, we liked the friendly locals. We rented bikes and cycled around and we were amazed by how nice all drivers were. Also when walking. Very good food in all restaurants we tried.   the staff the facilities esp the pool and the adults area were simply fabulous stayed all inclusive which was quite simply fabulous and with two children in the group aged 13 and 10 it was perfect! will definitely recommend and return - Nice pool. Nice environment and views from the top of the mountain. Very friendly staff.
