Big apartment near the church in Teror. The enviroment is beautiful, really nice to go hiking. We rented a car to see some other parts of the island aswell, it is not far to drive from teror to other sights in gran canaria. Friendly staff with good advices on where to go and what to see. From the moment I arrived I was looked after, great personal sevice. Antonio had said as I was travelling on my own he had put me in a bungalow close to the pool so it would be easier for me to interact with other guests. I stopped staying at gay properties 15 years ago having found they were often overpriced and poorly run, so i was a liitle unsure booking this property initially. However I loved being there so much I more than doubled my stay. The property is secure, comfortable, nicely appointed, quiet, well run and was a pleasure to stay in. The apartament,s were so spacious and comfortable very clean the bathroom had a jaquzzi bath and the shower was fantastic the pool area was very tranquill with lots of greenery plenty of sunbeds and great pikla and a very tasty and friends pool bar.

Owners very friendly and helpful. Great location with beautiful view. Swimming pool cleaned every day, room every other day. Excellent price-quality ratio. Would go there again definitely. Friendly staff and good management. Very clean, very green and very relaxing. No loud music which makes for an ideal oasis retreat. Great massages and good food. Management organised transfers which were cheaper and very reliable. Canaria food buffet given by resort on Canaria Day - a wonderful and yummy surprise! The best thing about Rio Piedras Apartments was the location. They are situated on street level so no hills to climb and were only 5 minutes from the beach and less than 10 minutes from the commercial centre with all its vibrant nightlife, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool was just the place for our 2 teenage girls and the restaurant was lovely too. The staff were brilliant and looked after us very well. Very good quality vs price. Location close to Yumbo (which is good when you party), not very far from Dunas and beach, large appartments, nice decoration, very comfy beds, free Wifi in reception zone + few PCs with a printer (so you can print you boarding passes). The hotel has a policy "Adults only" which is very good if you don't like kids screaming at the pool etc. Very gay friendly so if you don't accept it this is not a place for you. Overall for the price it's very good!
