It was in a great location, very close to the bus stop which connected the AVE train sation. I was given a room with a view of the local church which I had asked for in advance. The staff were very warm and friendly and helped with tips before I arrived. It was also very homely and traditional and extremely clean. There was a handy vending machine

Extremely helpful staff, able to speak several languages, but very patient and helpful with my modest Spanish. We went to Segovia to see the aqueduct and Don Jaime is in the perfect spot. True, parking is a bit tricky, but the receptionist took time to walk us up there and gave us great directions for driving to it.

The arrival was excellent and very friendly as I had arrived after a long walk along the Camino. The room was perfect, warm and clean: a fine bathroom with a bath and lots of hot water. Breakfast included was next door at the bar also owned by the same family where I had a meal the previous evening as well. All in all an excellent deal! -

The staff were friendly and helpful. my room was cleaned everyday and towels changed. It was in a quiet street so you can get a peaceful nights sleep. The hotel is in a central location close to the main tourist sites and to the city centre. Highly recommended. -
