  Our apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed for a wonderful luxurious holiday. The pool on our terrace was great we really enjoyed it. The apartment was kept spotlessley clean. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the balcony off the bedroom. The staff were so helpful and friendly and very welcoming.   I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with everything one can need for warming up and working out. The location is very nice: - Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.

  Good price vs. quality ratio. Very good positioning: a stone’s throw away from restaurants & terraces + beach across the pedestrian path next to the hotel. The room was ok, clean, „up to date” furniture. Good breakfast. Bottom line, we recommend it and it is to be taken into account for a future trip to Tenerife. The restaurant always had a good choice, only problem was if you turn t up at the wrong time sometimes the food was cold but overall had a pleasant holiday.

  We had a fantastic stay here. The best feature was the amazing buffet meals in the hotel, offering a huge variety of delicious foods which varied each day. The staff were really friendly, especially the chefs. On check in, we were greeted with a glass of champagne each, and at breakfast on the Sunday there was unlimited free champagne too. It had a huge - Restaurant staff and food was excellent - quality and variety. Sun beds couldn't be reserved before 9am. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly and always had a smile for you. Pool was clean and a good size. Easy to walk to the lovely beach at Los Christianos or to some nice bars for a drink.
