  Our apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed for a wonderful luxurious holiday. The pool on our terrace was great we really enjoyed it. The apartment was kept spotlessley clean. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the balcony off the bedroom. The staff were so helpful and friendly and very welcoming.   The apartment entained a kitchen and living room. It was very clean and clean towels were provided 5 days a week.   I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out at 3.... mitä ihmiset sanovat » 30 in the night because of our flight and they prepeared us two take away picknick baskets for the breakfast, nice service. The location is very nice: - Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.

  The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous, nothing was a problem. The entertainment program was excellent with a different show every night, daily activities, and mini-disco for kids most nights which our son loved.   Due to some urgent drainage repairs in a number of the hotel rooms, we were relocated to a nearby hotel, given a complimentary breakfast and a taxi to take us to the new hotel at no extra cost. The staff were extremely helpful and the new hotel was very good too!! - Location was great. Local to shops, bars and eating places.
