  The Los Verodes apartments are fabulous. We stayed here for a week in March 2013, our first , but certainly not our last, visit to the wonderful island of El Hierro. We were allocated a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the top, 3rd, floor (even though we’d only booked and paid for a 1 bed apt.) The kitchen was very well equipped, with full size fridge / freezer, 4 ring halogen hob and oven, plus kettle, toaster, coffee maker - What a fantastic apartment! In fact I think that it's the best equipped apartment I've ever stayed in. It was really spacious, very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Its location in Frontera was ideal for us. We had an apartment with an outside patio with exotic plants which was lovely. The complementary wine and biscuits very much made us feel welcome. Highly recommended. First choice for staying again in Frontera.

  The apartment had everything required for self catering and even had a cleaning kit which I thought was a really good idea (washing up liquid, sponge and cloth). Plenty of delph, cutlery and pots and pans. Overall very good. Fresh rolls left on your door every morning!!! - The staff were simply superb, friendly chatty and welcoming.   For me the location was key...literally across the road from the Yumbo. For a gay man in pdi it was ideal for me - especially after a night out (no taxis to think of!). And of course it can be noisy but if you want peace and quiet maybe you need to be somewhere else.
