  The staff were really helpful and flexible a nice touch. The location is great and the town is wonderful. It was really nice they let us select our room. I liked that it was a little walk from the main town area and a bit off the path.   We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is located very close to the harbour and the city centre. The harbour is only 5 mins walk with excellent resturants ( try La vida which was a fair price and excellent food), The walk to the center centre was also very short ( approx 10 mins max). The hotel owners are very friendly and multi- lingual and great host - We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Ceiba Maria!   We stayed there end of April for 3 nights. Despite of horrible weather (did anyone say that Mallorca had to be sunny in April?) we enjoyed it very much.   Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

  The setting was lovely and very peaceful although it could do with a little modernisation and tidying up. The owner is very hospitable and as we arrived quite late she took me to the supermarket as we didn't have a car. The pool area is very nice and it has a honesty bar where you can get cold drinks and ice creams.

  The family were absolutely charming and very helpful - as were all the staff . Location spectacular and peaceful - we had wonderful views of the mountains over the orange trees and couldn't see any of the surrounding houses . We had a very comfortable isolated room and bathroom a short walk from the main house, which suited us . All the facilities were good quality, no intrusive service but nothing lacking - perfect place to relax
