We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility. Excellent bar and location on the slopes, very clean and attractive hotel. - access to the ski slopes and rental shop. the staff was helpful. it was nice that the day we checked out, they held our bags while we skied and then let us shower in the spa area before heading home. our room was large and very clean.

The rooms were very well appointed there were a lot of extra touches. The 3 separate pool areas plus child pool really spread out the guests so not too crowded. We were there in October so I cant comment to what it would be like in peak season. We didn't visit the spa but the location on the beach is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We turned up from the airport at 21.50 and were made very welcome, and was able to have a buffet meal as they were serving until 10.30pm, the dinningroom staff made us very welcome. - only one night no real problems. food ok
