The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. It was a very quiet hotel, too, except for the fireworks show outside at midnight..........but it had nothing to do with the hotel! :) - very large room, great bathroom and amenities, exceded expectations

The hotel is very near the airport, so if you're flying early the next day (as I was), it's very convenient. The hotel is stylishly designed, and includes a nice interior bar/restaurant as well as outside terrace and paddleball court. The hotel has its own underground parking deck, but I ended up parking on the street next to the hotel for free. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are amazing, so modern! Very quiet, beds are super comfortable. Shuttle to airport took less than 10 minutes, very convenient. Only 10 mins to the city. - Although outside of the centre the location is perfect for both business and leisure thanks to the near metro. Facilities are great and rooms are spaceful.

The hotel is 5 minutes by car to the Madrid airport. The hotel has a free shuttle service. When you call the hotel on arrival, they promptly come to pick you up. Coffee and pre-packed cakes / pastries available free while we waited for the free shuttle bus. Room clean and comfortable. Can't say anything negative about our stay, we only stayed there on our last night in Madrid as had very early flight in the morning, we would stay again.

This hotel is awesome if attending a show at Expo Centre. Room was large with great bathroom. Loved playing with the motorized window blind! Free internet if you ask for card, which was a real plus - I was visiting a trade fair that was 10 minutes in distance from the hotel
