  Staff very helpful & friendly but unobtrusive. Cleaning staff found train tickets I'd left behind in room & held onto them for us until I remembered a couple hours later that I hadn't seen them that morning when we checked out & we came back to see if by any chance they hadn't been thrown out already--hurray! I even returned for a night on my way out of Spain.
