  On arrival , we were checked in by rafeal .he went out of his way to find out for us which bottled water was low sodium , as the water was for our 4 month old baby .he rang his wife to find out . The apartment itself was lovely , everything you could need was provided. Very clean . Pool is perfect there and lifeguard on duty full day . This was our fourth trip to Lanzarote and our first stay in this wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are superbly equipped, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. All apartments are south facing and balconies get full sunshine. We hope to return next year.

  The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering kitchenette was adequately equipped.   Spent 8 days here. Checked in by a very polite, friendly & helpful english man. Fantastic apartments. Ideal location. Had a lovely view of the pool from apartment 44A! Huge balcony. Good size kitchen/living area. Well equipped kitchen, freezer box & large fridge. Cleaners were great, sheets & towels changed every other day.   I found the staff very friendly from the start. On check in we were asked our names. The next day the staff refered to us by name which I found to create a very personal feel. The atmosphere around the complex was always very freindly with lots of interaction from the other guests.   Loved the location- right beside restaurants, shops and close to the old town. the staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool loungers were very comfortable, pool area very clean and blissfully peacefull- no kids.
