The entrance gate leads to the patio. There is a partly covered terrace at the front of the house, sunloungers and wooden dining table. There is a brick-built barbecue at the side of the terrace. Stairs lead from the terrace to the shared swimming pool, which has its own sunbathing terrace.
In a few minutes walk you can reach the beach of Cala Codolar by descending stairs made of stone. Vista es Vedra is around 15 minutes by car from San José and around 25 minutes from Ibiza Town. The Cala Conta beach, with its cafes and restaurants, is only a few minutes away by car.
