Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The
fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the
receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it
possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good
restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet. The Animation staff was excellent
with the children.

the apartment was v,clean.the guys in reception (guilleme and the other lad who didnt wear a name badge)v.helpful.gave us names of super local restaurants.great pool.no rush for sunbeds.the nightime bar outside was very relaxing,came back there most nights.

Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very
cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old
baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing
and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much
easier. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool which was heated w

It was our first trip to Playa del Ingles, and the hotel and place was a lot better than we expected. Nice clean rooms, friendly hostess, safe at the room, beautiful sea view, quit. All in all one of our best vacations – should have stayed onger

The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms nicely situated and quiet. All the time it was clean everywhere there in the room and rest of the hotel.The swimming pool was big and the sun bathing area too. The breakfast is just fine. Joskus tosiaan näytti siltä, että altaalta ei "ennakkovaraajien" vuoksi löytäisi lepotuolia, mutta aina pienen etsinnän jälkeen hyvä paikka löytyi. Great welcome/checkout and a V.nice pool for relaxing with lounge music! The room was perfect, spacious, well equipped, balcony over the pool with fans and air con if you needed. V.friendly pool staff. Location is a bit away from the beach but near to all shops, bars and restaurants. I like this gay hotel - it's hetero-friendly! -

Was a warm welcome from all staff!!!. The internet was working realy realy fine. Because normaly this is a big problem in las palmas.

We are a straight couple who had no idea that this was mainly a gay
complex but it was fantastic. Wonderful hospitality, spotless
accommodation, great location. Especially considering the owners have
only been there a couple of months. They deserve all the best if they
carry on like this!! -
