  All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   I'd often walked past this hotel on previous visits to Playa and loved the look of the pool but wasn't so sure about the actual accommodation. How pleasantly surprised I was. This place is a little bit of a gem, the rooms are quite dated with decor from the 70's but it works.... The pool area is amazing, massive pool with a bar in the middle. The snacks here were great and a fan - The staff was excellent! Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there. Also a big honour to the cleaners! I'll be back...

  Apart from the hotel which we LOVED, we liked the friendly locals. We rented bikes and cycled around and we were amazed by how nice all drivers were. Also when walking. Very good food in all restaurants we tried.   Reception: Great friendly staff. 24 hrs reception. Was very easy to check in in the middle of the night and also check out early morning. Location: Good location. Easy bus access almost to anywhere. To airport bus 66 and night bus 5 was very handy. Bus stop is 2 mins walk from the appt (in front of Yumbo). Yumbo center for shopping and night l... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ife. You can hear some noise from the center all night, but if doors are locked etc its lot lesser and easy to sleep. Dunes are 15 mins walk from here - Very good quality vs price. Location close to Yumbo (which is good when you party), not very far from Dunas and beach, large appartments, nice decoration, very comfy beds, free Wifi in reception zone + few PCs with a printer (so you can print you boarding passes). The hotel has a policy "Adults only" which is very good if you don't like kids screaming at the pool etc. Very gay friendly so if you don't accept it this is not a place for you. Overall for the price it's very good!

  We are a straight couple who had no idea that this was mainly a gay complex but it was fantastic. Wonderful hospitality, spotless accommodation, great location. Especially considering the owners have only been there a couple of months.
