  All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Mukava siisti hotelli hyvässä paikassa, rauhallinen seutu mutta kaikki lähellä,myös ranta. Alakerrassa pari sumalaista ravintolaa, kohtuuhintainen auto/moto vuokraamo ja naapurissa ostoskeskus. Bussi kulkee parin korttelin päässä ja suljettuun pihaan saa auton parkkiin. - Hotellin henkilökunta oli asiallista ja ystävällistä.   I'd often walked past this hotel on previous visits to Playa and loved the look of the pool but wasn't so sure about the actual accommodation. How pleasantly surprised I was. This place is a little bit of a gem, the rooms are quite dated with decor from the 70's but it works.... The pool area is amazing, massive pool with a bar in the middle. The snacks here were great and a fan - The staff was excellent! Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there. Also a big honour to the cleaners! I'll be back...

  Mindenkinek ajanlom , kozel a part es a Jumbo is ! - The location was great. There were a lot of spanish residents living there so there was no noise and the place was spotless inside and out. Security were there after 6pm which was good and they were were friendly, even when we fell in at 5am, they always said Hola.
