After the booking is made the property will contact you with address details and instructions for key collection. Please note that air conditioning is available from June to September and carries a mandatory surcharge of EUR 50 per week. Air conditioning is not available the rest of the year. Heating is available from October to May and carries a mandatory surcharge of EUR 14 per day. Heating is not available the rest of the year. Supplements must be paid 60 days in advance. The property will contact you with all necessary information after the booking is made. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Abahana Villas. Centro Comercial Moravit, 306 Carretera Calpe-Moraira, 3724 Moraira. Please inform Abahana Villa Alosta in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 700 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
