  The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room.   We got a great deal -The Staff were very friendly and very helpful.. The Hotel is not a 5 star rating but it is a very good 4 star ... i tried to book again for May but the prices had shot through the off..but i could not say anything negitive about the hotel - On arrival we were upgraded to junior suite.
