  The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room.   Everything - I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. It is set just 5 minsfrom marbella and 10mins from puerto banus by car. It is on top of thehills with amazing veiws of the sea. The Hotel itself is spotless,decorated in Asian style to perfection and so personal as there are only5 rooms. And the service is outstanding! The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the personal touch goes a long way.   I took the hotel room to be able to fulfil a deadline for a grant application. This needed much writing and internet connection. The hotel was perfect for this, the room was quiet and comfortable. I might not have been the usual hotel guest as I used no facilities, but the stay met my expectations completely.
