The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room.   We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe. The classes on offer were great and we really enjoyed the gym.   We wanted a relaxing end to our Spain holiday and this was perfect. The staff were what made the hotel exceptional, Ronnie and Lorena were very kind, knowledgable, excellent with our children, friendly and always had a smile for us. There were lots of restaurants nearby, a favorite was S - The rooms were very well appointed there were a lot of extra touches. The 3 separate pool areas plus child pool really spread out the guests so not too crowded. We were there in October so I cant comment to what it would be like in peak season. We didn't visit the spa but the location on the beach is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  The hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble (a special thank-you to Franklin). Located just out of town on a hillside. Authentic Mediterranean experience, with the sound of cicadas (I also saw a few geckos clinging to the walls in the evening). A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.
