Our stay in Room Gran Via studio was perfect. Very good attention and punctuality of the contact person, functional and comfortable studio for 2, very central, great location.
Great apartment, more facilities than we needed (eg small kitchen, fridge) and superb location on Gran Via. Great restaurants, bars, shops etc nearby.

A little bit cold in November, especially in bath-room - there was the air-conditioning with heating but only in room.
Noise - because of renovation at other floor.
Since it is on main downtown street, for some, rooms facing street might be noisy:.
The owner asked us 10 euros because we delayed 10 minutes.
