The situation of the hotel is unique. Close to the entrance of the Alcazar, it faces a small, lovely, quiet square. The roof top terrace gives you the best view of the famous Giralda clock tower of the Cathedral. Breakfast in the morning and drinks at night are served on the roof top terrace. Very friendly greeter, Marta, met us at apartment and got us set up. Hard to find, as others noted, but once we found it, it is so easy to get around the city from this location. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, very modern, updated. We had a later train out of Seville so needed to be able to store luggage for the afternoon.

Loved the location. It's within walking distance to shopping, Cathedral, and tapas restaurants. If you're driving there, please note our suggestion on parking. 1) You need to call reception 30 minutes prior to arrival for them to help you with parking availability nearby. There is no parking on site. 2) And you'll need to pack light since you'll be carrying your luggage across cobbled streets to apartment for about 5-10 minutes from parking garage.

Loved the location, the value for money and the quality of the hotel.
Loved the little touches like the coffee in the room and toothbrush and
razor, etc. Even a little Spanish fan left on our bed. Hotel staff were
really friendly and helpful. Loved the little roof terrace/bar and
the afternoon coffee and biscuits was such a treat. Would highly
recommend the hotel.

The spacious modern fit out is stylish, the local neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming - not too busy, so peaceful and quiet. Very handy 10 minute walk to main shopping streets, and pleasant 30 minute ramble to river or Barrio areas. The Mushroom is a great attraction with excellent food market to enable easy self catering. Fanastically helpful, welcoming staff. Lovely tiled entrance / reception. Very comfy, spacious beds and a sitting room - more than we needed for such a short stay. Outstanding value for money. Disagree with someone's comment about the breakfast - there was ample choice and lots of it. We had a fabulous weekend and look forward to returning. -
