The hotel staff who met us to give us the keys and general tourist info was very helpful, it was not difficult to reach them at all. The apartment room and washrooms were also very clean all the time, it made the trip very enjoyable knowing that our accommodations were comfortable and clean. -

It was overall a very nice apartment with good location, facilities that you need for a week in a city and a friendly staff at the main office. For the low price as it was, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. -

This is the best holiday apartment we have ever rented! Bright, clean and with a walking distance of almost everything we wanted to visit.
We stayed at the number 01 apartment, with three bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms.

equiped including air conditioning / heating, with comfortable (not
too soft) beds. The service is similar to a hotel: 24-hours reception,

if you forgot yours, as well as a set for washing machine and for dish-
washer. I didn't have too many interactions with the staff but a

It was only three minutes from the metro station and only 15 minutes from the old town for these persons who love walking and 10 minutes from Sagrada Famiglia. It was very clean, they clean the room every day and they change towels every time that you ask for it. Perfect wi-fi in the room and the staff is the most polite and helpful we 've ever met. They gave us a map of the town with the most popular monuments and they adviced us for everything that we asked. There is a lift. Very safe streets

Location was fantastic and we were parents traveling with adult children. Very spacious with a lovely decor and ambience. Well appointed with full kitchen and laundry facilities plus en suites for both bedrooms. After a full day out it was lovely to come back to such comfort and spend the evening in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, free wifi in the lobby was useful. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there were a lot of cafes around to sit outside. We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it.

The location was good, in the Eixample district - 10 mins walk from Passieg de Gracia Railway Station, so we took train from airport T.2 - only took 25 mins and costs 3.5 euros each. I can highly recommend this trendy hotel.The staff are friendly and knowledgable, rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the city, from our balcony, plus a nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent and this was leisure combined with business. We stayed in this 4 star hotel for leisure and thereafter went to a 5 star hotel where our conference were, but this 4 star hotel was much better than the 5star. Thus don't let the stars confuse you!
