The hotel staff were very friendly, providing informations needed for going around in Barcelona. The room was cleaned everyday! Breakfast was superb and included from full english breakfast to a full on continental! The service is very polite and always there when you need it. We had checked out and we had left behind our camera's memory card in the room.   When I arrived to the hotel, the air conditioning had broken, so they moved us to another better hotel. The staff was very kind and they were trying to sodify all our needs. The room was really good and the views from the room of the new hotel (Plaza) were just great. I could see all the Montjuic mountain. - price.
